Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to payments made through the CHMSU Alumni Portal for membership dues, event tickets, and university merchandise.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Donations: All voluntary contributions to the alumni fund are final and non-refundable.
• Membership Dues: Annual or lifetime membership fees are generally non-refundable once processed.

3. Refundable Items

Event Tickets: Refunds may be requested up to 7 days prior to the event date. A processing fee may be deducted.

4. Process
