Access is strictly limited to verified alumni and authorized personnel of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University.

• Provide false identity or graduation information.
• Post defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.
• Use the directory for unsolicited commercial advertising (Spam).

4. Limitation of Liability

The university is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the portal or interactions with other members.
